Suffering from terminal seriousness and hardening of the attitudes? In this interactive workshop acquire several easy-to-use tools for managing the ups and downs of life in a more relaxed, joyful way. Learn the art of laughing for no reason and embrace the adage: "It's not so much what we go through, as it is how we come through."
