Fermentation is rich in the bacteria you need to stay healthy. Touch on the history of this technique and find out why fermentation plays a major role in regulating your body systems. Dive into the world of fermentation and learn how easy it is to create these foods in your home kitchen. Make three different ferments: sauerkraut, kombucha and yogurt, using techniques that can be applied to fermenting almost any type of food.
