Mysterious Monuments Tell a Friend about this Course

The world is filled with monuments, that can often teach us a great deal about the lives and culture of those who built them; but frequently much still remains unknown. Discuss a diverse selection of these monuments, including the Great Serpent Mound in Ohio, the stone heads of Easter Island, Great Zimbabwe, the Great Wall of China and the Buddhist Borobudur Temple on the island of Java. With the summer solstice approaching, monuments celebrating the sun will also be featured, including Stonehenge, the Abu Simbel temples in Egypt, and Chichén Itzá, the Mayan ruins in Mexico.
