Claw and Order
Learn to cook Clam Chowder in both the New England and Manhattan style. We'll also make a garlic cheesy pull apart bread to dip in the chowders while we end the class cooking a pot of Low Country boil with shrimp, crab, mussels and root veggies. Please come hungry!
