Hula Hoop Aerobics
Learn awesome Hoop tricks and dance moves while experiencing a low-impact cardio workout. Hooping tones muscles, builds strength and stimulates the production of endorphins. The class is a dance party where students will leave with an understanding of how to keep a hula hoop going around their body, transitions, drills and stretching with the Hoop. Hooping can improve hand/eye coordination, reduce stress, increase spinal strength and boost blood circulation. Total beginners welcome!
