Hula Hoop Aerobics
Experience a low-impact cardio workout that tones muscles and builds strength. Students will learn hoop drills, dance moves, stretching with the hoop and hooping in both directions creating better balance for improved hand/eye coordination, stress relief, spine strength and flexibility. Hoops will be provided for class use.
