Parents will be guided through the many challenging, transitional phases of the middle school and high school years - typical everyday issues, the modern dilemmas brought on by electronic exposure, social media, drug and alcohol exposure and the complexity of college admissions. Gain greater confidence in setting healthy boundaries and making important decisions in the development of physically and emotionally healthy young adults. Discuss physical well being, discipline and responsibility, connectivity, education, sexuality, financial education and how to hold on to your self while parenting.
