Heart-Healthy Indian Cooking Tell a Friend about this Course

Learn how to prepare easy, quick, healthy and delicious Indian recipes. Shailu demonstrates techniques and explains the use of spices making this style of cooking accessible to all. Dishes include chicken curry, aloo palak (potatoes and spinach) and baigan bhartha (eggplant) Enjoy the meal in class.
