Couples Class - Secrets of a Chef: Cooking with Wine
A good chef understands how to utilize the limitless potential of wine’s complex flavor profiles. In this hands-on culinary experience, learn how to exploit the flavors hidden within wine. We’ll also takethe stress out of how to prepare a few impressive dishes including chateaubriand with herb roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts in roasted garlic aioli and seared scallops with beurre blanc sauce. Fee includesone couple. Students are welcome to BYOB to classto enjoy with your meal. Suggested wines: Bordeaux, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon.
