Abstract Painting: Beyond the Basics Tell a Friend about this Course

Work by your instincts or intuitive choices to create strong compositions while achieving color harmony and balance. Go deeper into color mixing, methods of paint application and drawing inspiration from works you find outside of class. We’ll be working larger, with a focus on structured creative expression and freedom to explore the medium. We’ll troubleshoot along the way and discuss when a painting is finished. Work towards completing 3 paintings in an upbeat, encouraging atmosphere.
