TRX Jai Yoga Style
This is a high intensity, full body workout for people of all levels combining yoga with TRX suspension trainers. TRX is a great way to build strength and endurance. TRX at Jai has the added components of conscious breath and necessary counter stretch brought through the knowledge of yoga.
