Learn timesaving and possible life-supporting tips for utilizing your three pantries— fridge, freezer and cupboard. Explore how best to shop, stock and ‘store’ staples to easily prepare nutrient-dense yet delicious meals. Gain information on cooking strategies such as one pan meals, batch cooking, 20-minute or less recipe ideas, reinventing leftovers and more.
