Get started and stay motivated when you join us for brisk walking along local Main Line trails and preserves. On the way we’ll discuss innovative strategies for making movement part of your daily routine such as debunking common physical activity myths and the power of body-mind integration.

|Notes:||First class will meet at Haverford College. Walkers can park in either lot and meet on Woods Rd. (between both parking lots) where the road and trail intersect. Subsequent classes meet at designated trails. No class 5/18 and 6/1.|
