While learning boxing basics (beginners welcome), you’ll also get insights into foods to fuel your fitness routines. After a 30-minute full body workout, enjoy a demonstration and discussion of healthy nutritional options including tastings and recipes related to such topics as 'Why Plant Based Food?' 'Natural Weight Control,' 'Smoothies,' 'Juicing or Shakes – Which One is Better for You?' and more. Boxing gloves required.

|Notes:||Boxing gloves required. Students may bring their own boxing gloves. Boxing gloves will be available onsite for purchase ($25) or rental ($5) per session. Students may park anywhere on the street and meters are free after 6 pm.|
