Liquid Body Lounge Tell a Friend about this Course

Rediscover the art and science of communicating with the languages of the body. Explore how to use movement, touch, breath, sound and posture as medicine. This movement exercise class blends the principles of John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach, qigong, functional strengthening, pilates and yin yoga to naturally self-treat myofascial restrictions, imbalances, tension and pain. Connect mind body awareness and breath using foam rollers, balls, yoga props and various self myofascial release tools therapeutically to improve posture, balance, mobility/stability, strength and mindfulness. All are welcome.
