The Photographer as Landscape Artist Tell a Friend about this Course

One of the most popular subjects since the invention of the camera has been the landscape in all its various forms. From early giants of the genre to Instagram, explore how photographers depict the outdoors, perhaps manipulating images to fit their artistic experiences. Take an idiosyncratic, episodic journey touching on some of the highlights of what creativity and a camera can produce. See how artists like Eugene Atget and Ansel Adams established the genre, as well as contemporary female photographers who reveal a unique vision of the world around us.
