In this day and age, we all know someone with food allergies or sensitivities. This hands-on class will focus on making delicious, creative dishes using allergen friendly ingredients (gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, sugar-free). Learn basic healthy cooking prep skills and how to substitute with allergen-friendly ingredients into your favorite recipes!
