Food and Wine: Made for Each Other
Have you ever wondered how to pair food with wine so that both taste better than they do alone? In this demonstration, learn how to prepare summertime dishes, a main course salad, a grilled item, and a poached salmon complemented by three wines. Sample the finished products with the accompanying wines. Discuss food preparation styles, herbs and spices, heartiness factor and other elements that affect and unify the match. A dessert complimented by a dessert wine will complete the evening.
