Activate the muscles ballet dancers use with exercises to improve balance, rotation, strength, posture and grace. Learn basic ballet positions, gentle stretching to improve flexibility and strengthening for feet, ankles, legs, glutes and core. Enjoy all of this in a fun and friendly atmosphere using the ballet barres, floor and everything in between.
