Food Cleanse for Beginners
Our bodies are built to eliminate toxins naturally, but the reality is that we live in an increasingly toxic world. We’re exposed to pesticides in our food and chemicals in our water and in our homes on a daily basis. This class will explore how and why to do a short-term food cleanse with whole foods. We’ll also learn about the top three mistakes people make doing a cleanse, and what to do instead.
