Discuss the healing and soothing properties of spring flowers such as wild violets and dandelions, plus common local weeds. Learn plant identification and how to dry harvested flowers to use later in the year. See what tasty treats you can add to your pantry shelf when you understand the differences between using dried and fresh botanicals.
