Intermediate Hoop Dance & Aerobics
This class is for students who have taken Beginner Hoop Dance or have prior hooping experience. Students must be comfortable with waist hooping, passing the hoop around the body and spinning a hoop above the head. Learn more difficult hoop tricks and how to dance with two or more hoops. Leave with a better understanding of your own unique “Hoop Flow” and have an array of moves to show off to friends and family. This is a low-impact cardio workout that builds strength, tones muscles and is loads of fun!
