Practice Mindfulness to Stress Less
Experience different aspects of mindfulness, a practice designed to bring calm and peace into your life. Discover how to live more in the moment and explore your experiences as sources of insight. Learn experiential practices of sitting, standing and even lying down to relieve stressful concerns about past issues and those which might occur in the future. Practice will be modified to accommodate individual needs.
