From Garden to Table "The Old Fashioned Way" Tell a Friend about this Course

Does the thought of tasty fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs make your mouth water? Cover what you need to know about planting, growing and harvesting your own food, not just during the summer but spring into autumn. Discussion will cover optimal growing conditions, amending the soil, companion crop placement and rotation for vegetables, herbs, fruit, edible flowers and even beneficial "weeds" will be discussed along with harvest techniques.
