Experiencing Buddhism Today Tell a Friend about this Course

How can teaching from 2,500 years ago still be relevant today? Buddhist guidance for understanding who we are, how our minds work, how we make decisions, and what brings contentment are as valid and useful today as they were in ancient India. Learn about American secular Buddhist principles and how they can be applied to ease the stresses and challenges of modern life. Instruction will be interspersed with meditation and enriched by exercises.
