Main Line School Night programs are funded in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, whose mission is to foster the excellence, diversity and vitality of the arts in Pennsylvania and to broaden the availability and appreciation of those arts throughout the state.

Explore light on the human figure, referencing lighting effects from the painting masters. Start with natural light, move on to forms of ambient, artificial light and then work with studio lighting. Explore use of neutral backgrounds vs. environmental settings. Learn about posing and positioning the subject. Elements of design and composition will be emphasized.
