Mental resiliency is the key to getting back up after life knocks you off track. Learn what stops us from bouncing back and the qualities needed to be mentally strong. Through interactive exercises and an exploration of specific strategies, students will leave with concrete ways to develop mental resilience and anchor the qualities to successfully navigate life’s challenges.
