Sleep 101: Optimizing Sleep Health Tell a Friend about this Course

Sleep is as essential to our health as the water we drink and the food we eat. Integrating psychology and medicine, this class will help you better understand the fundamentals of sleep and sleep disorders in relation to health. Learn a primer on sleep, common sleep complaints and disorders, an overview on common misconceptions about sleep, cutting edge research about sleep deprivation and scientific strategies for enhancing sleep health.
