Politics on the Porch: Our Criminal Justice System Tell a Friend about this Course

Join us to examine various aspects of our criminal justice system. What can advances in our understanding of human behavior (via social sciences and psychology), plus analysis of the first 250 DNA-based exonerations, teach us? Where did the system go wrong? How can we use the information to make improvements? And, with a new breed of prosecutors and district attorneys (including Philadelphia's DA Larry Krasner)…what reforms do they bring to the table? Are they going in the right direction? Appetizers, beer and wine included.
