Dreaming about writing for young readers, but don't know where to begin? Discover what makes a good story by focusing on the issues and craft of writing for different ages and stages of young readers - from picture books through young adult. Explore character, plot, description and dialogue in this interactive workshop and receive practical tips on how to get your manuscript in shape for submission, write a query or proposal, and pitch to an agent or editor. Writers of all levels welcome.
