Crafting the Short Story Tell a Friend about this Course

This course blends formal study of the short story with a writing workshop designed to provide personal critique of each participant’s work. Through readings and discussion, we will examine what makes a short story compelling. To apply their new knowledge, participants will each draft and revise a short story of their own, utilizing feedback from the group and instructor.
