Brioche Bread Baking Made Easy Tell a Friend about this Course

There’s nothing quite like the smell of rich, buttery sweet brioche baking in the oven. See why making bread is a treat for professional bakers and how you can do it at home. In this hands-on class, learn the science behind yeast, how to mix up a dough, knead, shape and bake brioche rolls and loaves, all from scratch. You’ll also make the best cinnamon rolls you’ll ever eat! Leave with recipes and your own dough to take home and bake.
