Japanese Meal in a Dish: Seafood Miso Nabe Tell a Friend about this Course

What could be better than digging into steamy, sizzling, bubbling seafood in a hot pot (nabe)? In this local Hokkaido style dish, the pot is filled with assorted fresh seafood, tofu and vegetables cooked in a miso broth and sake wine. This hands-on class will teach you how to prepare these ingredients using simple cooking methods. Enjoy the meal.
