Yin Yoga for Beginners
Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that consists of postures held for up to five minutes to allow for a deep, meaningful stretch. With this passive practice, muscles have a chance to relax and your hidden tension melts away by stretching deeper with intention and breath. Experience the results of deep relaxation, a more balanced breath and supple joints, greater ease of movement and less limitation in the body. All levels of participants are invited to slow down, breathe, and let go.
