Holistic Fitness with Nia
The Nia technique combines movement and mindfulness and is a holistic fitness program with benefits for the full body, mind and soul. Dynamic, interactive and playful, all Nia classes are adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia’s simple moves draw from dance, the martial arts and healing modalities. Classes are non-impact and practiced barefoot.
