Cohen, SteveSTEPHEN D. COHEN recently retired as Director of Development for Astral Artistic Services, a small nonprofit that mentors and helps launch the professional careers of world-class musicians. Prior to entering the non-profit world Steve spent over thirty years working for local corporations. He has authored and presented numerous papers to diverse groups, including papers to the Governor’s Conference on Partnerships on issues surrounding public education; the Annual Meeting of the Southwest Conference of Foundations; the Harris County, Texas Department of Education Superintendents’ Institute, and the Pennsylvania Statewide Grantmakers Conference.
